RevoDrive Hybrid


OCZ has officially unveiled a hybrid disc RevoDrive Hybrid PCI Express, was announced at Computex. Unlike the rival hybrid drives, OCZ solution approach in a slightly different way - a complete RevoDrive comes in PCIe card format, which contains the flash memory and traditional disk.
On the card contains a 100-gigabyte SSD that uses software Dataplex a terabyte of disk cache. The company declares the data transfer speeds up to 910 MB / s and 120,000 IOPS, which could be useful in a business transaction systems with heavy load. Suggested retail price RevoDrivea Hybrid 1 TB is $ 499.99.
